Sampling Planner
One of the biggest headaches for water and wastewater utilities is collecting samples at the right time, in the right place and for the right parameters. Complex sampling programs increase the risk of violations due to missed samples.
The WaterTrax Sampling Planner helps utilities plan and manage sampling activities to stay on top of complex sampling schedules. The Sampling Planner reduces the likelihood of monitoring-related violations and simplifies monitoring with a sampling plan that is powerful enough to meet different regulatory or operational sampling needs. It is flexible enough to handle irregular schedules and sampling frequencies, and yet is easy and intuitive enough to be learned and used quickly. You can also set up reminders of upcoming samples and alerts for missed samples that are automatically e-mailed to the samplers and anyone else who needs to know.
Are you going on vacation and need to let someone know what sampling needs to be done while you’re away? With WaterTrax's Sampling Planner, you can run a report that shows all the sampling that is required while you are away and give it to the person filling in for you. You can also run a report to show all completed and missed samples for a specified period of time.
Let the Sampling Planner help you to manage your “life cycle” of water quality monitoring activities.

"I used Access to manage my sampling before, but the Sampling Planner is a big improvement. It does everything for me: it not only lets me create a sampling schedule for several years ahead but it also reminds me of upcoming samples, and I have set it up so that it will alert me if a sample has not been taken within a specified time."
