Prevent Fines
Prevent fines by using WaterTrax to automatically receive notifications of adverse water test results, reminders of upcoming samples, and alerts for missed samples. Manual parameter checking procedures require the validation of every water test result, are tedious and time consuming, may result in missed adverse results, or may fail to give your staff immediate notification to start corrective action. At the same time, complex and intense sampling schedules make it easy to miss or overlook a sample.
Avoid the embarrassement of fines by using WaterTrax to alert you immediately when adverse results are present so that you can take corrective action. WaterTrax alerts you immediately when the threshold for a water advisory has been reached, allowing you to react instantly and advise staff, stakeholders, and regulators if needed. Use WaterTrax to continuously monitor the water advisory conditions and inform your constituents of the changes to the advisory to the point when the advisory is lifted.
If WaterTrax detects an adverse water quality, on-screen and e-mail alerts are sent to multiple parties of your choice: eg. staff, regulators, labs, etc. The WaterTrax alerting function will automatically notify any individual by email to your computer or mobile devices such as cell phones and PDAs. Corrective action is aided because WaterTrax supports web-based access to water quality and operational data from any Internet point. Your response team can collaborate from different locations to assess problems and determine appropriate actions.
You can also use WaterTrax to remind you by e-mail about upcoming samples or alert you about missed samples to prevent fines that may be associated with monitoring and reporting violations. Use the WaterTrax Sampling Planner to set up a sampling schedule that ensures you take water samples in the time frames and intervals as required by regulators.
