Parameters Database

The WaterTrax Drinking Water and Wastewater Contaminants Database is integrated into the service. This is a comprehensive collection of drinking water and wastewater quality standards and guidelines for the USEPA, Health Canada, Environment Canada, American states and Canadian provinces. Regulatory standards or guidelines from the database are integrated into the reporting and alarming configuration, making setup fast, easy, and accurate. You can look up the contaminant in the database to read about the current standards for the contaminant in your jurisdiction, understand it’s health and/or environmental implications or to get links to additional information about it on the internet.

Here is an example of one of the more than 350 contaminants listed in our extensive parameter “encyclopaedia.” Choosing a different regulatory agency causes the “Current Standards” and “Supporting Documentation” information to change to reflect the different standards and supporting links that each agency has for each contaminant.
