Water Data Consolidation
WaterTrax consolidates information from multiple sources into a database configured for your water/wastewater system infrastructure and sampling points. Laboratories can submit reports directly into your database. Your staff technicians enter or upload log-sheet, field test and inline instrument results, one time only. Consequently operational and water quality data are consolidated, organized, stored, and accessible to your authorized users through the WaterTrax website.
Electronic Receipt of Laboratory Test Results
Internal and external laboratories directly enter test results into the appropriate sampling points in WaterTrax. This eliminates laborious and potentially inaccurate data entry from paper or pdf based lab reports. As soon as a lab enters the data into WaterTrax, the lab reports are available for online viewing through the WaterTrax Lab Report Inbox and the results are stored at the sampling points, making reporting a snap.
Automated Screening and Alerts
As soon as test results or instrument readings are entering into WaterTrax, they are compared to regulatory standards or client objectives, triggering alerts if results are adverse. Alerts are delivered on-screen in the WaterTrax Alert Inbox or by e-mail to your computer or mobile device so operators and managers can respond to and resolve problems quickly.
Quick and Easy Reporting
You can generate up-to-date reports directly from WaterTrax on demand, eliminating the cost and time of consolidating data from disparate sources and reconfiguring it to meet your reporting needs. Improve your response to management, regulators, and customers, while reducing costs. Data Available Anywhere, Anytime, to Authorized Persons
You have full control over who has access to your WaterTrax data management service. WaterTrax also offers five levels of permissions so you also have control over who can add, edit, view and delete data. Authorized users can access, share and gather information online from any Internet browser. Your staff have remote access across geographical and organizational boundaries, creating the opportunity to improve system management and better protect human and environmental health.
Integrated Drinking Water Criteria
The WaterTrax Drinking Water Parameter Database is a comprehensive collection of water quality standards and guidelines for USEPA, Health Canada, Environment Canada, American states, and Canadian provinces. A description of the parameter and it’s health and environmental implications are also provided. Regulatory standards or guidelines from the database are integrated into the reporting and alarming configuration, making setup fast, easy, and accurate.
System Advisory Tracking
For clients operating or supervising many water systems, an Advisory Tracking service allows each water system’s current status to be logged by authorized field staff and tracked centrally. Reports on current boil water or other advisory status are available instantly online.
Sampling Planner
With the WaterTrax Scheduler utilities can reduce the likelihood of monitoring-related violations and simplify monitoring by creating a sampling plan that is easily understood, revised, and followed. The Scheduler allows utilities to specify where, when, and what must be sampled for each water system. Utility staff can run a report to find out where to go and what samples to take for a particular day, week, or month. The Scheduler also sends out reminders and alerts about upcoming or missed samples via email.
Lab Services
WaterTrax Lab is a service provided by WateTrax to our lab data partners. Analytical Laboratories are able to post their lab reports onto the Service so their clients can view and download them directly from the Internet.
Software as a Service
WaterTrax uses the Software as a Service model to provide the WaterTrax data management service to our clients over the Internet. Our clients enjoy the simplicity of needing only a computer with an internet browser while WaterTrax provides the Service along with complete support responsibilities.
