Agency Service
The WaterTrax Agency Service is designed for senior government organizations that have oversight over multiple utilities and for privately owned companies that operate multiple systems.
In addition to all the functionality and features of the WaterTrax Utility Service for Drinking Water and for Wastewater, the Agency Service also allows clients to:
- Organize water system data so that summary reports can be quickly and easily run for all systems or a subset of systems under the organization’s responsibility
- Assign different users, and associated permission levels, access to the data for all, some or just one water or wastewater system

- See the big picture or zoom in to specific regions, districts, or communities.
