New Automated Reminders and Alerts for the Sampling Planner
On August 1st, WaterTrax released the Automated Reminders and Alerts functionality for our Sample Planner module (Figure 1). This new functionality allows users to receive e-mail and/or alert inbox reminders on upcoming samples for collection as well as alerts on missed samples.

The Reminders and Alerts feature was developed based on feedback from current clients, who told us that they needed them to stay on top of busy sample collection schedules. All clients who currently have our Sampling Planner module are already able to use this feature, and based on initial feedback from some of our customers, the Reminders and Alerts will be a very useful tool.
Some of the above documents are in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF). If you don’t already have Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it free from Adobe.
